Our Villas

Both Villas are similarly built, overlooking Agia Paraskevi bay, 300 meters from the sea. Each one of the two properties has two floors covering 85 square meters in total.

Ground Floor: A large open plan space with living room, kitchen and dining area. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa which becomes a double bed, 21” TV and air condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dish washing machine, coffee machine etc. On the same level there is a bathroom with a medium size bath tub.

First Floor: Mainly accommodation with two well appointed bedrooms with A/C, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, the two rooms share a WC on the same floor.

Exterior space: Both properties have balconies on each of the two floors offering sea view. Each Villa has a private swimming pool (25sqm) and equipped with table, chairs and pool deck chairs. A car park for up to three cars is also available for each Villa.
